  Couch to Kick Ass training program.

Yep, just like it sounds, the MST Couch to Kick Ass Training program is designed to take you from Couch to Kick Ass form, so that you show up fit, pumped and ready to go on race day.  Ideally, training for any race should start a minimum of 100 days prior to the main event.

We will send out a W.O.D. (work out of the day) each day directly to your email address.
