Welcome to the MST

100 Day Couch to Kick Ass Challenge.

 

Yep, just like it sounds, the MST 100 Day Couch to Kick Ass Challenge is launched 100 days before every MST race. The Challenge is designed to take you from Couch to Kick ass form in 100 days, so that you show up fit, pumped and ready to go on race day.

We will send out a W.O.D. (work out of the day) each day starting at Day 1, and we have a closed Facebook training group which is free to join and an awesome place to tell people how much everyone likes doing burpies.
