Mudd, Sweat & Tears designs 6-12k obstacle course mud runs. Be prepared to run, crawl, jump, leap, swim, carry, climb, and help each other over, under, through, up, down and across a series of obstacles such as: nets, 10' walls, rope climbs, log carry's, 18' long quarter pipes,fields of tires, mud pits, mud swims, rapid swims, steep hill climbs.....
